I booked into the Park Hotel a girl-friendly hotel on Soi 7. Opposite the beer garden. My Bangkok girlfriend could not be with me that first night and we would meet up the next day. That first night back in Bangkok I wandered into the beer garden on Soi 7. The beer garden is packed out with freelancers so there is no bar fine to pay if a whore takes your fancy. Most working girls in the beer garden will do a short time for 1000 baht back at your hotel.
I sat down in the beer garden and ordered some Thai food which was very good and just did some people watching. A lot of the prostitutes in the beer garden are more mature, hardcore, and a little rough for me but it can turn up a gem on occasion, nothing tickled my fancy this night though, but whore hunting is all about luck, being in the right place right time.
As a monger, I am not really into freelancers. So many freelancers stand around Sukhumvit road opposite Soi 4 when it gets dark and stand outside the Nana Hotel car park but never take any of them. Although once I did take two rough hardcore mature Thai hookers from the Thermae coffee shop on a previous trip to Bangkok about one year earlier and I was staying in the Park hotel then too. That night in Bangkok just did a bit of a go-go bar crawl on my lonesome around the Nana and Soi Cowboy but did not take Thai girls back. Got too drunk in the end.
