As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, visa requirements can change, so it’s crucial to verify the information from official sources or contact the nearest Cambodian embassy or consulate. As of then, Brazilian citizens could obtain a visa on arrival or an e-visa for Cambodia.

  1. Visa on Arrival (VOA):
Brazilian citizens could typically obtain a visa on arrival at major international airports in Cambodia, including Phnom Penh International Airport and Siem Reap International Airport. The visa on arrival is usually valid for 30 days.
  2. E-Visa:
Another option for Brazilian citizens is to apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) before traveling to Cambodia. The e-visa allows for entry at specific land borders, international airports, and sea ports. The application can be done online, and it typically takes a few days to process.

Here are general steps for obtaining an e-visa:

Visit the official Cambodian e-visa website.

Fill out the online application form.

Pay the required fee online using a credit card.

Receive an electronic visa approval letter via email.

Print a copy of the approval letter to present upon arrival.

It’s essential to note that visa requirements can change, and fees may vary. Always check the latest information from official sources or contact the nearest Cambodian embassy or consulate for the most up-to-date details before making any travel plans.

Keep in mind that immigration policies and procedures can change, and it’s crucial to confirm the current requirements closer to your travel date. Always consult official government sources or contact the Cambodian embassy or consulate for the latest and most accurate information regarding visa requirements for Brazilian citizens.

Required Documents :

  • A valid Brazilian passport – This is the most important requirement for the Cambodia eVisa application. To be able to apply for a Cambodia visa, the applicant should have a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the planned entry date. If this requirement is not met, your visa application risks being declined.
  • Digital Photo – Another important requirement is a passport-sized photograph in PNG or JPEG format. This photo should be in color and taken against a white background.
  • Applicants’ email address – This email will be used for official communication during the visa application process. It will be used to send notifications on the status of the visa. A copy of the eVisa will also be sent to this email once successfully processing.
  • Payment Mode and Details – It is necessary to pay the visa processing fees using a valid credit/debit card.

Once the visa is ready a copy of the eVisa will be sent to the applicant via the email provided during application. Although The eVisa will also be linked to the travelers’ passport, it is advisable to print a copy of the visa as it may be required for official use when entering Cambodia.

Citizens of Brazil are able to use the Cambodian e-Visa at the following points of entry to gain access to the country:

Phnom Penh International Airport

Siem Reap International Airport

Sihanoukville International Airport

Cham Yeam (from Thailand)

Poi Pet (from Thailand)

Bavet (from Vietnam)

Tropaeng Kreal (from Laos)
