Apo the physiotherapist who attended to me was very exceptional. Joseph and the team were great. Over all a very good experience particularly the massage which was very thorough. You spend your own time in a mud bath, a sauna, a steam room and a salt room before being taken into the spa
It is an experience to say the least! Lasting about 10-15 minutes, you get washed down and sort of? Massaged..
You then get a full body massage lasting about 30-40 minutes. It was really enjoyable and Relaxing!!!
Really fun experience and i think a must do when in Turkey! Not sure why the ratings are so low, for the price and experience i think its deffo worth it. Would suggest going towards the beginning of your holiday as they really exfoliate you and prep your skin for the sun!
The only down side i found was they try to tell you whats wrong with you at the end to try and get some more money from you. E.g they told me i had water tension or something in my legs and they can help to sort it out with a particular massage costing around €30, unfortunately i fell for it lol! But the extra massage lasted around 40 minutes and was really pleasant.
